a few simple rules:

• make sure you tell me about your site and why we should become affiliates

• you must link to MLS no later than when I give you the notification that I've added you.

• Your affiliates must appear on every page - no exception. The reason for this is because I will do the same for you. This is not free advertising. Those who cannot do so will simply be linked on here rather than on every page.

•  include in the 'comments' section a way that I can contact you via aim, msn, facebook ect. If I cant keep in touch with you every once in a while, then there is no point in becoming affiliates.
