Your affiliates must appear on every page - no exception. The reason for this is because I will do the same for you. This is not free advertising.

Include in the 'comments' section a way that I can contact you via aim, msn, facebook ect. If I cant keep in touch with you every once in a while, then there is no point in becoming affiliates :)
